Prudential Capital Group ("PCG"), the private placement investment arm of the Prudential, has over 60 years of experience investing in private placements with a current portfolio of over 700 companies and more than $39 billion under management. PCG is the largest investor in the private placement market and operates one of the largest corporate lending businesses in the U.S. In 2004 alone, PCG originated $5.3 billion of new private placement investments including investment grade, below investment grade, and mezzanine. Operating through its registered investment advisor, Prudential Private Placement Investors, LP (PPPI), PCG has been managing thrid party money since 1976. PRIVEST, an approximately $2 billion investment grade commingled separate account, is the primary third party vehicle. PPPI also structures single investor programs which include the full breadth of assets managed by PCG.

Albert G. Trank, Jr. is a Senior Vice President of the Prudential Capital Group, the private placement arm of the Prudential Insurance Company of America. In this capacity Mr. Trank is responsible for the management of single investor and commingled institutional private placement accounts serving the pension, insurance and non-U.S. markets. Mr. Trank is the portfolio manager for PRIVEST, a $900 million commingled investment grade private placement seperate account established in 1976 and managed on behalf of plan sponsors. During 1999 PRIVEST was ranked among the top-ten broad market commingled accounts for five-year information ratio and performance as reported by Plan Sponsor and Pension and Investments, respectively. The Prudential Capital Group has private placement assets under management in excess of $30 billion. Al joined the Prudential Capital Group in 1987 as an Associate and advanced through increasingly responsible positions. Prior to becoming portfolio manager for PRIVEST in 1995, he was responsible for Prudential's private placement secondary trading and capital markets desk. Mr. Trank is a frequent speaker at industry conferences focusing on the private placement market and asset allocation. Prior to joining Prudential, he was a senior financial analyst for Beneficial Management Corporation and Panasonic Company. He received a BA from Rutgers University and an MBA from the Rutgers Graduate School of Management. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Allen A. Weaver is a Senior Managing Director and co-head of the Prudential Capital Group. He has held a variety of investment positions since joining Prudential in 1985 including managing PCG?s Chicago regional office.Mr. Weaver serves on the Board of Directors of Prudential Asia Investments Limited, Prudential?s Asian investment subsidiary and Prudential Asset Management Asia Ltd., Prudential?s Asian private equity unit which are both located in Hong Kong. He is also a member of the Advisory Boards for Frontenac VII, Swander Pace Capital Fund, L.P., and CHB Capital Partners.Mr. Weaver received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. He has also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Matt is Senior Managing Director and co-head of the Prudential Capital Group.
